Wardah Colorfit Ultralight Matte Lipstick Review
By Salsabilla Kiranasafira – February 20, 2020
In the last few months, Wardah often releases new products. Most of it is make-up. One of them is the product that I will be reviewing today, namely Wardah Colorfit Ultralight Matte Lipstick. If I’m not mistaken, this product was launched to coincide with SurabayaXBeauty last November. Has anyone tried this product?
The Wardah Colorfit Ultralight Matte Lipstick that I have is shade number 03 – Caramel Nude. Just read the review, okay?
This product is silver in color with the color of the product cap that matches the shade of the lipstick. In my opinion, the writing accent on the product is just right, the font is slick. This product is 3.6 grams. When I bought it, it came complete with a box, but I’m sorry I forgot to take a photo😔 The box is also colored according to the lipstick shade.
- Feels smooth and light
- Doesn’t dry out lips
- No cracking
Dimethicone, Isononyl Isononanoate, Ozokerite, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil, Phenyl Trimethicone, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Isohexadecane, Silica, Tridecyl Isostearyl Isostearate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyltglycerin, Acetylethanol, Toercopheric Titanium Triisostearate, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Tocopherol.
Judging from the ingredients, this product is paraben-free and alcohol-free. This product also contains Jojoba Oil which has a moisturizing function.
Texture & Pigmentation
The texture of this product is creamy but powdery. The finish is matte. As for the pigmentation, it’s okay. It’s not that once you apply it, you can immediately see the color clearly and evenly, but it’s not that hard to see the color either. For more details, you can watch this video.
The Colors & Swatches
The color of Wardah Colorfit Ultralight Matte Lipstick shade number 03 is more nude with a hint of pink. At first I thought it was more of a peach hint, but it actually has a more pink hint.
For me, this is a great color for everyday wear. The color is subtle and matches my skin tone perfectly. Actually, this is almost the same color as the Emina Sugar Rush color I’ve reviewed here. But if Wardah is the matte version, I like it!
In terms of color and texture, I really like this product. For the durability itself, about 4 hours if not used to eat. If you use it to eat, it’s gone. But it’s okay with the price under 50k.
- Feels smooth and light – yup! It’s really light, even when you reapply it all the time, it doesn’t feel heavy
- Doesn’t dry out my lips – I actually always use lip balm before lipstick, but at that time I reapply without lipbalm and it didn’t dry out my lips.
- Not cracking – hmm, if this is rich it depends on the condition of the lips. When my lips are dry, they still crack and the lip lines are clear
Overall, I like this product. Worth to buy too because the price is cheap and the color is good. Oh yeah, the packaging is cute too! Haha the pekejing boy~
I bought this product at Guardian for around 30 thousand. But at that time there was a 20% discount if I’m not mistaken. For the original price, it’s still under 50 thousand…. Once again, let me tell you, this product is really worth buying :p
