My Daily Skincare Routine For Fresh, Healthy & Glowing Skin
I know, taking the time to take good care of your skin in this busy life is definitely not an easy task, and with the increasing pollution, these days, are you really giving your skin the right skincare routine?
So in this article, I am going to tell you a daily skincare routine. A good skin routine is very important to keep your skin clean, fresh, and healthy. To protect your skin from dirt, impurities, and pollution, you need to include it in your daily morning and night skincare routine.
Whatever your skin type, but you can’t skip these three main steps – cleansing, toning, and moisturizing (CTM routine). Because CTM is an ideal daily skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, and moisturizing daily for healthy-looking skin and slowing down the signs of aging. Following this routine every day in the morning and at night removes dirt, impurities, and pollution from your skin. It also balances the pH level, tightens pores, and nourishes your skin.

Step 1: Clean your face with water: –
In the morning, I like to clean my face with water only. Water removes impurities settled on the face during the night and keeps the skin hydrated. Water is enough to cleanse my face as I follow a nighttime skincare routine, which removes makeup and dirt on my face.
Step 2: Toner: –
After cleansing, I use a toner on my skin. Toner helps to balance the pH level of the skin, by using toner you can protect your skin from becoming dry and dehydrated.
Step 3: Serum: –
Applying serum after toning is the most important part of the morning beauty routine. Just a good moisturizer is not enough for healthy and smooth skin. It is also important to clean the face thoroughly and apply a good serum on your face. This will keep your skin hydrated and make your face bright and glowing throughout the day.
Step 4: Moisturizer: –
The next and most important step is to moisturize the face. Moisturizing is very important to retain skin moisture. So wherever you are, don’t forget to apply moisturizer on the face.
Step 5: Apply Sunscreen:-
The last but most important step is to apply sunscreen. You should always apply sunscreen. Applying sunscreen in winter is as important as summer sessions. (I follow this step when exposed to the sun for larger times of the day).

Step 1: Remove Makeup:-
Note: If you don’t want to use makeup remover products, you can also use oil (coconut oil and olive oil).
Step 2: Cleanser:-
The next step after makeup remover is a cleanser. Cleansing helps remove all the pollutants that have accumulated on your skin during the day. At night, you can use a morning cleanser, but if you use a gentle or mild, night-specific cleanser, itis gives better results on your skin.
Step 3: Serum:-
The serum is the most powerful step in a daily skincare routine. By the way, you can use the serum on your face both morning and night. But in the night time serum is the perfect time to apply it. The serum makes your skin as healthy and flawless as much as possible.

Note: But remember … choose night cream according to your skin type.
Step 6: Lip Balm:-
Note: You will be surprised to hear… It is also important to apply lip balm to the area around the mouth. Because often, the border of the lips is chapped the most.
