Herbal remedies are very effective for promoting hair growth. Eggs, Honey, aloe Vera, Coconut milk, Gooseberry juice, vinegar, etc. is perfect for hair care. All these ingredients keep your hair healthy, strong, and chemical-free. You can make your own hair problem-related hair mask at home and apply them regularly.
i) Hair Mask For Hair Growth:-
Method: 4 tsp Gooseberry powder (amla powder), 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Licorice Powder(Jethimadh powder), and 1-2 tsp castor oil. Mix it and apply it to the hair. Let it stay for 1 hour and then wash your hair. Apply this hair mask two times a week. You can see your hair grow faster in a month.
ii) Hair Repair Mask:-
Method: Take sesame oil, add Bacopa Monnieri(Brahmi), Gooseberry(amla), Eclipta alba(Bhringraj) powder, and black pepper powder. Boil it and apply it to the hair.

I) Reduce hair washing:-
Washing your hair frequently causes more damage to your hair. The chemical in the shampoo snatches away the natural oils present in the hair. Wash your hair every 2-3 days.
ii) Trim Your Hair:-
Trim your hair every six-to-eight weeks to eliminate dry, split ends.
iii) Flip Your Hair Down:-
Flipping your hair over your head and letting it hang for a short period of time each day can speed up hair growth. Doing this for 3-5 minutes each day. It increases blood flow to your hair, which brings additional nutrients and oxygen that promote hair growth.
iv) Don’t Rub The Hair:-
Do not rub the hair vigorously with the towel because it actually damaging your hair by rubbing in different directions.
5.Good Hair Care Routine:
A good hair care daily routine may not just mean washing your hair. A good hair care routine includes are three steps – shampoo, conditioner, and oil. Brush your hair before shampoo. It removes the dirt from the hair. While washing your hair, the water should not be too hot nor too cold. Probably between 94 – 104 Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to about 34 – 40 ° C.
The shampoo helps in removing the dirt, sebum, and build-up present in the scalp. Don’t need to use the shampoo too much for your hair. Just drop a small amount of shampoo on your palm first. Apply it to your hair and then give gentle pressure and massage the scalp. Wash your hair completely.
After washing your hair with shampoo, squeeze as much water as possible, then apply the conditioner to your hair. Because wet hair making it hard for the conditioner to stay on. Avoid applying conditioner on the scalp.
