Homemade Morning Face Pack
1. Coffee and Yoghurt:-
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of ground coffee, 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Method: Mix all the ingredients properly and make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face and neck. After 15-20 minutes wash your face. Pat dry the skin and apply the best quality moisturizer. Apply this face pack daily in the morning for smooth, glowing and fresh skin.
Why This Works:
Groud Coffee: Coffee helps in balancing the skin ph level for a long time, brightens the skin and removes dark spots. It also helps in getting rid of dead skin.
Honey: Honey contains the protein that makes your skin Soft like Velvet.
Yoghurt: It kills the harmful bacteria present on the skin due to acidity, so it is good for treating acne skin. It also contains lactic acid and useful enzymes that are good for moisturizing the skin, Softens skin and brightens a dull complexion.
2. Blueberry and Oat Flour:
Ingredients: 5-6 Blueberry(fresh or frozen), 1 tbsp of Oat Flour and 1 tsp of raw honey.
Method: Mash all the blueberries. Using frozen blueberries works great because they get juicy and squishy as they defrost. Mix honey in with the blueberries. Add in you blended oatmeal or oat flour and mix well.
Now, this morning face pack is ready to apply on your face.

Blueberries: Blueberries contain antioxidants, which protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun. The fibre and nutrients present in it protect your skin from acne and wrinkles.
Oat Flour: The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties present in oatmeal help to remove dry skin and dead skin cells. This prevents the skin from getting oily by soaking up excess oil from your skin. Oats also work on your skin as an exfoliator.
