Ingredients: 2 Cups of Water, 3-4 Cloves, half tsp Cinnamon powder, 1-inch piece Ginger sliced, half tsp of Black pepper powder, half tsp of Turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of Honey.

How To Make: Boil all the ingredient on low flame for 10 minutes. Drink twice a day.

3. Ginger and Honey Syrup:-

Ingredients: 1-2 tbsp Ginger juice, half tsp of Black pepper powder or Rock salt, and 2 tbsp of Honey.

How To Make: Cut ginger into small pieces. Now crush it with grated or food processor. Extract the juice in a bowl with the help of a strainer. Mix all ingredients well. Consume half a tsp of this syrup 2-3 times a day. You can store this homemade syrup for 2-3 days.
