Step 1: Press both middle fingers between your eyebrows, then press the outer corners of the eyebrows with the help of the index finger.
Step 2: Look up, and lift the lower eyelids upwards, and then relax.
Step 3: Repeat this six times and close the eyes tightly for 10 seconds and then relax.
2. The Smile Smoother Exercise:
Step 1: Hide the teeth with the lips to make an ‘O’ shape with the mouth.
Step 2: Smile widely while keeping the teeth hidden.
Step 3: Next, hold the smile shape while placing one index finger on the chin. Then start to move the jaw up and down as the head tilts gently back. Relax and repeat it twice more.

Step 1: Place both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread all of the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline.
Step 2: Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin. Hold for six seconds.
Step 3: Then relax and repeat 10 times.
4. Fish Face Exercise:
Step 1: Firmly suck your cheeks tight inside your mouth and pucker your lips outward like a fish.
Step 2: Maintain the posture for 15-20 seconds. You will feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws. Now relax.
Step 3: Repeat it 10 times for a few seconds.
5. The Lion Face Exercise:
Step 1: Sit down straight and look straight forward. Open your mouth, stick out your tongue as far as possible.
Step 2: Maintain this position for at least 5-10 seconds and then return to the original position.
Step 3: Relax and Do this 10 times. Start your mornings with this stretch.
6. Puff it up:
Step 1: Take a deep breath and keep your lips closed. Now puff up your cheeks with air.
Step 2: Shift the air in your mouth from one side to the other side.
Step 3: Hold the air for about five seconds on each side and repeat it ten times.
If you want to see results quickly, you should aim to do your facial exercises 3-5 times a week for about 15 – 20 minutes.
