Ingredients: 5-7 dates and 1 glass of water.
How to Make: Separate seeds from dates. Press the dates to soften slightly. Pour dates in a glass filled with water. Now keep it for at least 8 hours. You can store it at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Before drinking, it is better to mix it so that the dates of softening can be mixed well with water.
