Ingredients: 4-5 tablespoon of okra seeds, 1 tbsp of plain yoghurt, 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of aloe vera gel.

How to Make: 

  • Take ladyfinger seeds in a bowl. Add hot water over the ladyfinger seeds and stir them well. Set aside for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes straining the seeds with the help of a strainer.
  • Now pour the seeds in a blender and add 2 tsp of okra seeds. Now grind the ladyfinger seeds and make a paste.
  • Take out the paste in a bowl, add plain yoghurt, honey, and aloe vera gel to this paste.
    Mix all these three ingredients well.
  • Keep it in the fridge for about an hour before using. Now your lady finger’s anti-ageing face mask is ready to be applied.
  • Apply and massage it in a circular motion. Leave this mask on your face for at least 30 minutes. Wash with water.

Use It: Twice a week.

  • Massage it gently all over your face and leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes wash off with water.
